Black, powder coated steel. For use with standard 6.5″ oval grommet or flange mount lights (not compatible with 823RTL-7). May be bolted or welded in place. May be used horizontally or vertically. Pre-drilled mounting holes for mounting flanged lights. Grommet mount lights require 421-18 grommet to for installation.
